Brewing Technician
Work Location: Tangerang

Main Responsibilities:

    Ensure that procedures and instructions are understood, implemented and adhere to in the brewing & cellar section
    Ensure the excellent process control  are achieved and maintained according to the standards by analyzing, controlling, reporting and take necessary measures to ensure the continuity of  the operations
    Contribute to continuous improvement of the product quality
    Conduct Autonomous Maintenance of TPM through  5S, CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Tightening, Lubrication), RCFA(Root Cause Failure Analysis)

Requirements:

    Minumum D-3 in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Biology or other relevant background.
    Have a solid experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
    Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
    Familiar with TPM, ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP is an advantage.
    Computer literate.
    Good communication skills.
    Able to actively work as part of team.
    Good in analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities.
    Has a potential to be developed in the higher level in future.

Engineering Technician II
Work Location: Tangerang

Main Responsibilities:

    Execute automation, instrumentation and electrical work throughout the brewery.
    Ensure effective and efficient preventive and corrective maintenance.
    Conduct Planned Maintenance Stream of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
    Execute mechanical work & maintenance, especially Production/Utilities Machinery
    Assist in achieving performance improvement.
    Ensure the effectiveness & efficiency of equipment and machineries.
    Conduct Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication & Tightening (CILT) & Autonomous Maintenance of TPM

Requirements:

    Electrical or Instrument engineering background.
    D-3 level through education and  experience  min 2 years in manufacture.
    Knowledge on automation, electrical & instrumentation aspects, and mechanical aspects.
    Good in analytical and problem solving capabilities.
    Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, HACCP, and SAP.
    Good in English, both oral and written
    Computer literate.
    Good communication skills and able to work as part of team.
    Need to be reasonably fit and healthy, good hand-eye coordination and have colors visions.
    Having potentiality for further development.

Laboratory Analyst
Work Location: Tangerang

Main Responsibilities:
    Follow laboratory procedures, maintain and develop system and procedures in quality.
    Carry out laboratory analysis in all section (micro, BBT, BS, GC, water, WWTP, labs)
    Maintain and improve the Qualass system an an informative sources of the quality aspects and bases for the continuous improvement

Requirements:
    Should be at least Diploma (D3) graduate from Biology or Micro Biology,
    Minimum 2 years experience as Laboratory Analyst, especially Lab Micro
    Strong knowledge on Good Laboratory Practices (ISO 17025), Lab Instrument (GC), Statistical Process Control
    Good command in English, both oral and written
    Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    High potential for further development
    Computer literate

PACKAGING TECHNICIAN
Work Location: Tangerang

Purpose of the job:
To perform operations basic functions at Bottling Line, Canning Line, and Racking Line machine area.

Main Responsibilities:
    Operate packaging machines in line with SOP, to ensure smooth running
    Control and check all process parameters to maintain the standard product quality
    Report non-conformity and propose corrective action
    Execute simple repair and CILT (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication, and Tightening) to improve the machine performance
    Responsible to maintain safety, hygienic and healthy working environment
    Implement new standard procedure as required by Total Productive Management      

Requirements:
    Min. Diploma graduate (D3) majoring in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic
    Min. 1 years of solid experiences in the same field
    Has practical and theoretical knowledge of various packaging machineries
    Familiar with Total Productive Management, Total Quality Management, and ISO
    Computer literate & English.

Planned Maintenance System Administrator
Work Location: Tangerang

Main Responsibilities:

•    To assist Planned Maintenance Engineer in monitoring the planned maintenance activities to perform general and periodical maintenance and repair activities on defective equipments, ensure         the effectiveness of execution covering creating, planning, and implementing maintenance tasks, and monitor the spare parts and manpower availability for maintenance execution.

Requirements:

•    Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
•    Required skill(s): Maintenance management, quality management system, automation-electrical instruments.
•    At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
